You agree that you do not have any rights in this Site and that Mineral Makeup Ingredients will have no liability to you if this Site is discontinued or your ability to access the Site or any content you may have posted on the Site is terminated.

The terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as 'Mineral Makeup Ingredients' or 'us' or 'we' to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.

The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.


1.1 We will do our best to ensure that all information, descriptions, photographs and prices of products shown on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, we do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. it may be possible the information shown on our site may be subject to change without notice.

All prices for products are quoted in Great British Pounds Sterling (£) and are exclusive of Delivery and VAT. 

Delivery to Europe VAT = Please be aware that VAT will be removed from your order during the Check-out process, however, once we have shipped your order you will be liable to pay the VAT on entry to your EU country along with an admin fee and/or some other charges that may be applicable.  


You may pay using any of the methods specified in the Payment Section . All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  • Payments submitted via Bank Transfer. We do not send acknowledgement for the "received payment" for every payment that was sent to us for an order; you will have a confirmation from your bank that the payment has been sent.  However, we will followup for the un-paid invoices. 


You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you (again via email confirming your items have been dispatched).

Once we have received your order we do not accept requests for adding extra items to your order.  You will need to place a separate order for the additional items.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock; we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.

Mineral Makeup Ingredients shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received.


Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 working days from the date you have received the good for issues such as missing item (s) according to your order,  or you wish to cancel and Return the goods. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you did not receive your order after 7 working days from the date you have received the "Dispatch Notification" from us please contact us and we will investigate (UK orders Only).  If we do not hear from you after this period it is deemed that you have received and accepted your order.  

  • If the shipping supplier e.g. DPD tried to delivery your order with no success, you are responsible to re-schedule / arrange for delivery of your parcel with them. 


We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you have the right to withdrawal from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.  

We accept cancellation of orders 24 hours after they were placed on our website.  Once the order has been dispatched and you have received a Dispatched Notification from us order can not be cancelled.  However, once the order has been delivered you can send it back to us and we will refund your order minus shipping charge.

Returns and Refunds are not offered to business clients but will be considered on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.  

Below is the Return process:

  • Send us an email that you wish to Return your order at
  • Return item unopened and in its original condition for a full refund minus shipping charge
  • Once we received the Returned items we will assess if they are in its original condition.  If they are not, we can not re-sell them and will have to reject the Return and send the items back to the customer and additional shipping charge will be applied. 
  • If you choose to return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, delivery charges are not refundable and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please return the goods to us with a delivery service that requires our signature (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, etc) to ensure we have received the returned parcel so that we can process the refund.


Due to the Brexit we are experiencing "Return" for some orders that have either been rejected entry to country at the boarder in some EU countries, or the Custom & Duty office in those EU countries have not been able to get hold of the receiver for them to claim the parcel by paying the applicable tax and duty.  We will not accept responsibility for such Returns.  In both cases, once we have received the Returned parcel:

  • We can re-ship the goods but additional shipping charge will apply, or
  • Refund the order minus shipping charge


Where goods have been received damaged or is not what you ordered, we would require a picture of the damaged and/or wrong product is emailed to us at along with a description of the issue.  We need this info for our records, and for improving our quality process. 

A refund or exchange application will only be acknowledged if the images of damaged or wrong item have been emailed to us as a proof.  The goods will then need to returned to our trading address together with their original packaging within 7 days of the customer receiving their order . If no such action has been taken, we shall consider the products being as described of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.

Where the goods are signed for, the customer bares the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

13.1 The Returns Process

STEP 1 – Email us at with your order details and reasons for return.
STEP 2 – Returning the Product
Goods must be returned to us "un-opened" and in their original condition within 30 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have returned using a delivery service that requires our signature upon delivery of the returned parcel to us. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

STEP 3 – Processing the Refund
If you have chosen a refund instead of credit, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 30 working days from delivery. You will receive email notification of your refund from us.

Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that have been opened. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

The Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Security Policy is governed by UK law, excluding conflicts of law principles.
