Order Processing

Customers will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email shortly after placing their order. Be sure that the email address you use when placing your order is valid, spelled correctly, and is able to accept emails from the domain. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us to and we will forward the confirmation to you.

Note: Some customers may need to check their Bulk Mail, Spam, or Junk Mail folders for order confirmations and correspondence from us.

Lead Time for Preparing and Dispatching Orders 

We work on orders during the week days (i.e. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm), we do not work weekends and/or bank holidays.  

The estimated timeline for preparing preparing and dispatching orders (not delivery to the address) is up to 5 working days.  


  • Orders received prior to 10:00am on a working day (i.e. Mon to Friday)= We will do our best to start working on your order on the same day, otherwise, the order processing timeline will start at the next working day.
  • Orders received during Weekend and/or Bank Holiday = The order processing timeline will start the next working day.
  • Orders received during company holiday closure (i.e. annual summer, Christmas) - The orders will be delayed and it may take up to 8-10 working days from the date that the company has resumed to its normal operation.

Delivery Method, Timeline, Notifications, and Missed Delivery

We use DPD, and sometimes Royal Post (First Class Signed For service) for shipping orders.  This is either for the remote areas that DPD do not provide service, or if they do the shipping charge is extremely expensive e.g. Postcodes start with BT. 

Below is the estimated delivery timeline:

UK Address = Up to 2 Working days

European Address = Up to 7 Working Days

Non-Europe & UK Address (e.g. USA) = Collection and delivery is arranged with a shipping company by customer.

Customer will receive a "Dispatch Notification" from us once the order has been dispatched.  If the order was dispatched with DPD, a "Delivery Notification" from DPD will be sent to customer's email address which contains the Tracking Number and Estimate Arrival date.  

  • If you did not receive your order after 7 working days from the date you have received the Dispatch Notification from us please contact us and we will investigate (UK and Euope Orders Only). 
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to no one was at the premises to claim the parcel, we will re-send the parcel and additional shipping charge will apply. Or, refund your order minus shipping charge.
  • If you are not at the premises to accept the DPD delivery of your parcel and you have received a "Missed Delivery" note from DPD please contact them directly to reschedule the delivery.
    • Failing to do so will result in DPD returning your parcel to us, and that we will additional shipping charge for re-sending your parcel, or refunding your order minus shipping charge.

VAT & Duty Charge (Europe and Abroad)

The VAT charge will be removed from your order at checkout, however customer is responsible to pay the applicable VAT and Duty or any other charges at their own country upon receiving the order.

We need the following information that is required by the Custom & Duty office in EU countries for allowing the entry of your parcel in the country.  Without this information your parcel will be rejected at the Custom & Duty office in your country:

  • If you want to claim your parcel as "Individual" i.e. non-business, please send us your National Insurance Number (NI) so that we can quote it on the invoice that will be attached to the parcel for shipment.
  • If you want to claim your parcel as "Business", you can either provide an Employer Identification Number (EIN/VAT) or the D-U-N-S(c) Number (DUNS) for your address.

The following standard shipping charges is based on the shipping & handling cost, which will be applied automatically to orders.  Please ensure you will select the right Shipping & Handling Charge during the Checkout process:

Outside of Europe (e.g. USA, etc) - Customer Arrange Collection

You can find the best price and delivery options through many different web sites that can offer comparable prices and shipping suppliers that operate around the world. Here is the process: 

  • As you are placing your order, during the Checkout process, select "Customer Arrange For Delivery" option for shipping.
  • Once your order is prepared we will provide the measurements and weight info for your parcel so that you can book collection with your shipping supplier.
  • Your shipping supplier should send you the "shipping documentation" for your parcel.  Please send the documentation to us as we need to stick them on the parcel, otherwise the driver will not take your parcel!
